I love to cook it little spicy with lots of onions, ginger and tomatoes. With hot rice this fish curry tastes divine.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mourola fish 250 grm
  2. Brinjal 1 medium
  3. Sliced onion 2 medium
  4. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Potato 1 medium
  11. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  12. Mustard paste 2 tsp
  13. Green chili sliced 4-5
  14. Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1.  Mourola  fish  clean  and  wash. Drain  all  the  water  and  then  mix  it with  1/2  tea spoon  salt, turmeric  powder.Rub  all over  fish  and   marinate , keep  aside   for  about  30  minutes .
  2. heat  oil  in  pan  medium  high  heat . Now  add  mourola  fish ,  fry  on  both  sides  till  light  golden  brown  color. cover  and  keep   aside.
  3. Add oil  in pan  heat  for  oil  2  minutes .now  add  cumin  seeds 1/2 teaspoon , nigella  Seeds 1/2  teaspoon and  fry for  all  masala or  spices 1  minutes.
  4. now  add   onion and fry  till  golden brown color. now  add  brinjals, potato and  saute  it   till they  change  color and half tender .Now  add  salt and cook covered for  about  15  minutes.
  5. now  add chopped tomato , kashmiri   dry  red chilli  paste  1  tablespoon , ginger ginger paste 1  teaspoon , garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon , cumin  paste 1  tea spoon , coriander paste 1 tea spoon , turmeric  powder 1/2 teaspoon, fry  for all  masala  for  about  2  minutes. now  add  fry  mourola  fish and  mix  well.Now  add 1  cups  water, mustard paste, sliced green chillies and  cover.reduce   heat  to  very  low.
  6. Serve  mourola fish  hot  rice .
