ABOUT Paneer Satay RECIPE

Paneer Satay is a simple dish of Thailand that can be made at home easily.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese) cut lengthwise of 1 inch thickness
  2. 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  3. 1 inch Ginger , grated
  4. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  5. 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  6. Salt to Taste
  7. 10 to 12 satay sticks/Skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and toss well. Paneer should be well coated with the spices and oil. Allow this to sit for 3 hours or overnight
  2. Soak the satay sticks in water for half an hour. Drain excess water and wipe it with dry cloth. Insert Sticks in Paneer. Optionally if you have Skewers, you can use it for inserting in Paneer
  3. Preheat the Oven or Airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees,
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until Paneer is golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with Peanut Chutney
