Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach 200gm
  2. Peas 2 tsp
  3. Sliced Onion 1
  4. Ginger paste 1/2tsp
  5. Chopped garlic 2 tsp
  6. Chili sauce 1tsp
  7. Soya sauce 1tsp
  8. Tomato sauce 1tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Brown bread crumbs 1 cup
  11. Cashew nuts 6-7
  12. Raisin 1 tsp (optional)
  13. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds.
  2. Add garlic and fry for a minute.
  3. Add onion , ginger paste.Saute until onions are translucent
  4. Add sauces and mix well
  5. Add spinach , peas, breadcrumbs and cashew nuts. Mix well. serve hot
