Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Keema- 70gm
  2. Par boiled rice-100gm
  3. Coconut milk 200 ml
  4. Spinach finely chopped- 50gm
  5. Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  6. Bay leaf-1 (small)
  7. Cinnamon powder- 1/8 tsp
  8. Cloves-2
  9. Green chili chopped-2
  10. Red chili powder-11/2 tsp
  11. Mint leaves- 3 tbsp
  12. Onion-1 sliced
  13. tomato-1 sliced
  14. Curd-1 tsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. oil- 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice for 15 min. clean and drain excess water
  2. In a small pan , cook keema by adding 1/2 tsp chili powder, curd, cinnamon, cloves, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt and 100ml of water
  3. Heat oil in pressure cooker
  4. Add bay leaf, onion and Saute it for a minute
  5. Add green chili, mint leaves, 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  6. Add the tomato ,1/2 tsp of chili powder ,salt and spinach . Saute it for 5 min.
  7. Add keema and coconut milk to the pressure cooker
  8. Add rice once the milk gets boiled.
  9. Close it with a lid and cook it for 7 - 10 min until rice is done. Serve hot
