Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1 cup
  3. Plain flour 1/4 cup
  4. Spinach 150 grams
  5. Green chili paste 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Finely chopped ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  7. 1 Small Carrot grated
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt as required
  10. Water as required
  11. Oil as required for roasting each dosa

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Semolina, rice flour, plain flour, salt, cumin seeds and mix well
  2. To this add ginger, green chili paste, carrot and finely chopped spinach
  3. Add water and mix until thin batter is formed like buttermilk texture
  4. Pour batter on hot pan and drizzle oil. Fry for 3 mins until dosa is roasted well . Serve hot with sambar and chutney
