Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  2. 1 cup ground peas
  3. Ginger chili paste 1 tbsp
  4. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp, chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  7. Hing - 1 pinch
  8. Haldi 1/4 tsp
  9. Carrom seeds 1/4 tsp
  10. Black jeera 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1 tsp
  12. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  13. Dry pudina crushed , 1 tsp
  14. Oil for drizzling
  15. 1 cup Rice Flour


  1. Add rice flour in a bowl
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients except oil and mix well
  3. Add adequate water and mix to form smooth batter
  4. Heat a non stick pan and brush with oil
  5. Pour ladle full of batter and spread evenly
  6. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle little oil on top
  7. Serve hot with green chutney and sauce
