Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach chopped 1 cup
  2. Red lentil 1/4 cup
  3. Rice flour 2 tsp
  4. Suji 2 tsp
  5. Curd 2 tsp
  6. Salt half tsp
  7. For filling
  8. Mashed potatoes 2
  9. Onion chopped 1
  10. Chopped green chili 2
  11. Chat masala 1 tsp
  12. Salt as taste
  13. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  14. Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Rai 1 teaspoon
  16. Kari patta leaves 7-8
  17. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Soaked both daals for 3-4 hours, drain excess water. Grind it to smooth paste
  2. Add rice flour, suji and spinach to paste. Mix well
  3. Add salt and curd. Mix it well together.
  4. Rest batter for 20 minutes
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds, add green chilies and curry leaves. Mix for few seconds
  6. Add onion and cook for 4 minutes
  7. Add mashed potatoes and add spices and mix well. cook for a minute
  8. Heat a tawa , pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly over medium heat
  9. Drizzle oil when dosa starts to turn crispy.
  10. Spread the filling over dosa and fold gently. Serve hot with chutney

Can I use butter in the place of oil to make it more delicious?
