Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 2 medium size
  2. sweet potato 1 medium size
  3. green brinjal 2 small size
  4. Surti papadi 50 grams
  5. green tuvar 50 grams
  6. Salt as required
  7. dry parsley as required
  8. sesame oil as required
  9. coriander 1/4 cup
  10. green garlic 1/4 cup
  11. green chilies 3 pieces
  12. Salt to taste
  13. jaggery powder 2 tbspoon
  14. limonia assidisima 2 tbspoon
  15. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a mixture grinder add coriander,green garlic,green chilies,salt, limonia assidisima , jaggery powder,jeera, water and churn it and ready to green chutney
  2. take earthen pot and layer tablets of soil,arrange some banana leaves and put big cotton cloth on it
  3. add surti papadi mixture with oil, salt and ajwain for first layer (
  4. for second layer potatoes, sweet potato,greens brinjal with oil,salt and ajwain
  5. for third layer green tuvar with salt,oil and ajwain
  6. and cover with cotton clothes and sealed by aluminium foil let it cook on gas for 55 minutes
  7. whole mesh it and add 3 tbspoon sesame oil and mix well
  8. add green chutney and mix well
  9. undhiya mix put into tart and sprinkle sev
  10. serve with butter milk
