Spicy aloo gobi

Ingredients to make Spicy aloo gobi

  • cauliflower- 250 gms
  • potatoes - 2
  • onions - 2
  • ginger garlic paste - 2 tspn
  • tomato - 2
  • haldi - 1/2 tspn
  • chilli powder -1/2 tspn
  • dhania powder - 1/2 tspn
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
  • water
  • oil
  • salt

How to make Spicy aloo gobi

  1. Boil the cauliflower and cut potatoes together and drain the water.
  2. Now stir fry these in little oil along with haldi till its medium cooked.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai, add jeera, green chillies. Once it splutter, add the onions and stir fry till translucent.
  4. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 min. Add the haldi, chilli powder and after stirring add water.
  5. Let it cook for few min. Now add the tomato puree, pepper, dhaniya powder, salt and cook fir 5 min till brown.
  6. Add the fried gobi and potatoes. Stir well fir a while.
  7. Add water accordingly, and cover it for 5 min allowing it to cook further.
  8. Switch off the flame when it's done and it is ready to serve.
