Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 11/2cup boiled basmati rice
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 tomatoes
  5. 2 green chilies
  6. 1 tsp red chilies and garlic paste
  7. 1 cup boil green peas
  8. 2 tbsp red pepper
  9. 2 tbsp yellow pepper
  10. salt as required
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tbsp bhaji Pav masala
  14. water as required
  15. 2 tbsp tomato catchup
  16. 1 tbsp butter
  17. 3 tbsp coriander
  18. 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds stir fry few minutes add onion and sauté over low heat till slightly brown
  2. add green chilies and garlic chill paste add the tomatoes all mix sauté cover the pan and cook some time
  3. Add the boiled green peas add the red and yellow bell pepper and salt
  4. Add the turmeric,red chill powder,bhaji Pav masala mix well
  5. Add the same water mix well and cook 2 minutes
  6. Add the tomato catchup and boil rice stir few minutes
  7. Add butter, coriander and lemon juice mix well
  8. Bhaji Pulao done
