Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over boiled rice...2 cups
  2. Blanched veggies... 1 cup
  3. Fried potato.....1/2 cup
  4. Ginger finely chopped 1 tea spoon
  5. Garlic finely chopped ...2 pods
  6. Salt and green chillies to taste
  7. Lemon juice ...1 tea spoon
  8. Coriander leaves chopped....1 table spoon
  9. Pav bhaji masala... 1 tea spoon
  10. Butter... 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a non stick pan add ginger, garlic, chillies, cook for a while then add blanched veggies,fry for 5 minutes
  2. Blanched veggies like peas, french beans, capsicum, carrot and cauliflower could be used
  3. Add salt, pav bhaji masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves and rice
  4. Mix well and serve with garnish of your choice
  5. I used fried potato garnish and served with different chutneys and achar
