- For dough 1 cup - Rice flour,lightly roasted ( idiyappam podi) 1.5 cup - water 1/2 cup - Grated tender 1 tsp - oil (prefer oil ) Salt to taste , For filling 2 - pulp of Tender , grated 1 or 2 tsp - Sugar A pinch of salt For wrapping Banana leaves
