Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fenugreek Seeds - 45 grams
  2. Almond - 50 grams
  3. Almond milk - 200 ml
  4. Raisin - 70 grams
  5. Dessicated coconut - 30 grams
  6. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  7. Palm sugar - 50 grams (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast methi seeds and let it cool down. Grind the roasted methi seeds to a coarse powder.
  2. Soak the methi powder in almond milk for minimum of three hours.
  3. The methi powder and almond milk mix becomes thick after soaking for three hours.
  4. Now heat a nonstick pan and add ghee to it. Once ghee is heated, add the methi seeds powder and almond milk mixture to it.
  5. Stir this well for few minutes and then add ground almond powder to it. Give a good mix with continuous stirring so that the mixture does not stick to pan.
  6. Now add ground raisins to this mixture. Raisins will give a hint of sweetness to the otherwise bitter methi seeds. Mix well.
  7. Now it's turn to add the dessicated coconut and palm sugar. Mix everything well till a thick mass is formed. Switch off the flame and take out the mixture on a plate.
  8. Let the mixture cool slightly and make laddus out of it while it's still warm.
