Bread dahi chaat

Ingredients to make Bread dahi chaat

  • White or Brown bread
  • dahi- one cup
  • sugar-3 tbsps
  • salt- half tsp
  • Sweet chutney- one tbsp
  • coriander leaves- for garnishing
  • chilly- one tsp
  • Chat masala- one tsp
  • amchur powder- half tsp
  • jaggery- 6tbsps
  • tamarind- lemon size
  • dates- 6

How to make Bread dahi chaat

  1. For sweet chutney.. Soak tamarind in hot water Grind the tamarind and dates together and strain it to get a liquid consistency Boil this liquid ,add salt, chilly powder and chaat masala, boil well Add jaggery at the end so that the chutney becomes thick.
  2. Cut bread in a round shapes
  3. Add sugar and salt curd to this bread
  4. Sprinkle little chilly powder, chaat masala
  5. Add tamarind chutney
  6. Put sev and pomegranate and serve chilled

My Tip:

You can add even boiled potatoes and grated mango carrots
