Bottle gourd is good for health especially the digestive system, and this is a perfect desert even for elderly people.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small bottle gourd
  2. 1 litre milk
  3. 1/2cup sugar
  4. Finely chopped some dry fruits.

Instructions

  1. Grate the bottle gourd. Keep them aside for a while.
  2. Boil milk and once it boils, add the sugar.
  3. Now simmer it and them add the bottle gourd.
  4. Stir it well.
  5. Keep simmering and cooking, once it thickens, then add the chopped dry fruits.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
