Gur ka mitha

Ingredients to make Gur ka mitha

  • 3 tbsp grated gur [jaggery]
  • 2 Tbsp chopped almond
  • 2 Tbsp seasme seed
  • 1 spoon ajwain [carom seeds]
  • 1 Small Spoon soanth [ginger powder]

How to make Gur ka mitha

  1. Take a pan put ghee into it.
  2. Then put ajwain,soanth and sautey for two minutes.
  3. Then add seasme seed and chopped almond sautey for another few seconds.
  4. Then add Gur into it and sautey for another two minutes
  5. After ghee float on the top switch off the gas.
  6. Serve hot with milk.

My Tip:

After melted Gur gas low flame otherwise Gur burn.
