Its a seasonal side dish in winters specially with bajre ki roti and kadhi. Winters is season when raddish is available in ample. My family is hardcore lover of raddish. Even my mom in law prepares. Mooli sambhar, its really tastes awesome when she cooks it. This bhujji is also her recipe and i really like it a lot. this includes the root along its leaves. Which very nutritious too. Raddish leaves and roots are finely chopped with green chillies and sauted with little and ajwain. Its very simple yet tasty side this to try this winter.
