Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 300gm
  2. Mushrooms small size200 gm
  3. Capsicum 2 cut into cubes
  4. Onion 2cut into cubes
  5. For Marination
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  8. Deghi mirch powder 1/2tsp
  9. Haldi powder 1/4tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1/4tsp
  11. Cream 1tbsp
  12. Bhuna Jeera powder 1/2tsp
  13. Bhuna besan 2tsp
  14. Hung Curd 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all ingredients for marination. clean the mushrooms with a wet cloth. Cut the paneer into Cubes.
  2. in the marination marinate the paneer cubes,capsicum, onion, mushrooms marinate for 30 mins
  3. Take a bamboo skeawers to Sew a piece capsicum, paneer,mushroom,,onion cubes than repeat the process to make a skewer make all skewers ready like this for tikka.
  4. Take a grilling pan grease with oil and grill all the skeawers for all sides. paneer tikka is ready to eat serve with mint chutney.
