Fenugreek leaves is known as a Methi Patta in Hindi it has a many health benefits fenugreek leaves are a good source of iron calcium and dietary fibres as it is a rich source of dietary fibre it helps prevent constipation it is said that Methi seeds help in lowering blood sugar level in diabetics so prepare with the fenugreek leaves a good appetite appetizer and is also good for lactating mother

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fenugreek leaves one cup
  2. Onion half cup finely chopped
  3. Garlic 3cloves
  4. Water 2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper powder to test
  7. Oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and onion garlic and saute until onion turns transparent
  2. Add chopped Methi leaves and Saute until the Greens Wilt.
  3. Add 2 cups of diluted water salt needed and simmer for 15 minute
  4. Add pepper powder to taste
  5. Enjoy this delicious and healthy soup piping hot
