Perfect side dish for any get together,whatever it is Christmas or anything.
Deliciously amazing!!!
Boil potato & then scoop out the flesh.
Boil rajma & then coarsely grind it with green chilli .
Heat oil, add onion-ginger-garlic paste & fry it for a while.
Add boiled, mashed rajma , all spices & coriander leaves.
Mixed scooped out potato & make the fillings.
Now fill the potato shell with this mixture & fry it.Take out & keep aside
In the same oil add onion-tomato-ginger-garlic paste ,salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder & coriander powder.
Make gravy.
Add stuffed potato in it.Cover it & cook it for few minutes.
Add garam masala & coriander leaves.
Its ready to serve now.Serve it with naan , roti or parantha.
