Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Roasted rawa-1cup
  2. Chopped pineapple - 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar-1or 1.25 cup
  4. Ghee-100 Gm or as your wish
  5. Pineapple essence-few drops
  6. Yellow food color-pinch
  7. Roasted cashews-2 table spoon
  8. Elachi powder-1/4 teaspoon
  9. Water-2 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. First pineapple is mixed with 1/2 cup of sugar Before mixing keep 2 table spoon of pineapple aside for decoration. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes
  2. Then take a kadai add 2 table spoon of ghee. Then put 1/2 part of the cashews. Now add water.
  3. After boiling the water we have to add pineapple mixture. Add elachi powder and then add color. Bring them to boil for 5 minutes
  4. Now put the flame low then add rawa little by little and mixing well to avoid to form lumbs while adding rawa. Close it with lid for few minutes till it cook well
  5. Now we add sugar little by little mixed well for few minutes. Now add few drops of essence Then add ghee thoroughly mix it.
  6. Final stage the ghee come out from kesari without stickiness
  7. Now turnoff the stove. Transferred to serving bowl. Garnish with pineapple, roasted nuts.
  8. Now enjoy the Desert
