Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 1 cup.
  2. Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup.
  3. Milk - 1/2 cup.
  4. Baking soda - 1/2 spoon.
  5. Baking powder - 1/2 spoon.
  6. Rooh afja - 2 table spoon.
  7. Rose water - 1 tea spoon.
  8. Lemon juice - 1 table spoon.
  9. Oil - 2 table spoon.
  10. Kaju - 1 spoon.
  11. Raisen - 1 spoon.
  12. Cardamom powder - 1/2 spoon.

Instructions

  1. Seive all powdered ingredients, keep aside.
  2. Mix all liquid ingredients properly.
  3. Then mix both.
  4. Grease a microwave safe dish and pour the better. Sprinkle raisens.
  5. Set it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  6. Your rose cake is ready. Cut it into pieces and serve it.
