Ingredients to make paratha

  • 2 cup atta
  • 1 cup refined oil
  • salt

How to make paratha

  1. mix together atta,salt and 1 tbsp oil
  2. add required amound of water and make a soft dough...
  3. rest it for 15 mins covered
  4. now heat a tawa
  5. take a required amount of dough and roll it in a rolling pin..
  6. then spread some oil and fold the paratha
  7. then again roll it to your desired shape
  8. now cook in a tawa in both the sides..
  9. apply generous amount of oil or ghee or butter and cook it both the sides till golden brown
  10. serve hot with achaar or dahi or any curry

My Tip:

Dont overcook the paratha as it will be hardened
