Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat flour-1 small cup
  2. Salt as per required
  3. Egg-1
  4. Chopped onion-1
  5. Chopped tomato-1
  6. Chopped coriander leaves-2 tsp
  7. Milk-2 tsp
  8. Oil as required
  9. Water as required to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour, salt, half coriander leaves and water and make a dough
  2. In a bowl mix nicely an egg, onion, tomato and remaining coriander leaves and salt.
  3. Now roll out the dough and make a round parata.
  4. Now cut your chapati in long strips. Roll one strip, then continue with next one and on till all strips are covered and you get a stripped ball.
  5. Stripped ball.
  6. Now flatten this ball and again roll out into round chapati. You will see the layers in your parata. Heat your tawa and place this chapati over it and fry on both sides adding oil.
  7. Now spread your egg mixture over one side of chapati using spoon.
  8. After 2 mins, flip over
  9. Then again flip over other side. You will see your egg mixture is cooked and nicely stuck to your parata.
  10. Now again flip over on both sides, till both sides are cooked nicely
  11. Remove parata in a plate and cut in middle
  12. Then fold both semicircle parts into a triangle and serve hot with or without sauce.
