typical north indian breakfast , spicy chole and puri enjoy with achar . everyone loves this kids also like this very much .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. flour -2 cups
  2. water for dough -1 cup
  3. oil for puri deep fry
  4. kabuli chole -2 cup
  5. oil - as required
  6. chopped onion -3
  7. tomagtoes chopped -2
  8. chopped coriander leaves
  9. bay leaf -2
  10. chole masale -2 teaspoon
  11. chopped ginger garlic paste
  12. red chilli-3
  13. water for gravy
  14. chopped coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil chole. first of all
  2. In a mixer , grind ginger ,garlic ,green chilly and cumin seeds perfectly
  3. Fry onion until it is pink. Add grinded paste, tomatoes and stir continously.and then chana to the above mixture.mix gently by adding chole masale
  4. now put salt and mix perfectly.Put water and close the pressure cooker. , the cooker cool then Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
  5. Take 6-8 cups of water and add all the above puri dough ingredients, add water in parts,Knead the dough.Cover the dough and keep aside for 20 minutes. Then deep fry the puris. And serve hot with chole and enjoy
