Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pearl millet flour/Bajra flour-2 cups
  2. Wheat flour-1/2 cup
  3. Fenugreek leaves-1 cup
  4. Boiled potatoes-1 cup
  5. Chaat masala-1 tsp
  6. Ginger chilli paste-1 tsp
  7. Turmeric-1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  9. Carom seeds-1 tsp
  10. Salt
  11. Oil-1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take pearl millet flour and wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add ginger chilli paste.
  3. Add chopped fenugreek leaves.
  4. Add grated boiled potatoes.
  5. Now add carom seeds,salt,chaat masala,turmeric and red chilli powder.
  6. Add a tbsp of oil and knead a semisoft dough with required warm water.
  7. Take a small ball of dough and roll out a slightly thick roti.
  8. Put it on a hot pan.Roast both sides just like parathas with ghee and serve hot with curd,chutney or pickle.
