Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil as required
  4. Methi leaves 1 cup
  5. Spinach 1 cup
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Carrom seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  10. Chickpea flour 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and add chickpea flour,carrom seeds,turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli powder,spinach methi leaves,oil and mix properly.
  2. Add salt and water then make my stuff and let it rest for 5 minutes
  3. Now divide the stuff into small portion and roll into small puri's with the help of some flour
  4. Add little oil and on hot Pan and pen fry the theplas.
  5. Apply oil on both the sides and cook them.
  6. Transfer in a plate when they become brownish colour.
