Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups of gram dal soak 4hours and ground to a coarse paste
  2. 3 chopped chillies
  3. 1 large onion finely chopped
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 pinch of ajwain [carom seeds]
  8. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients well. heat oil in deep wok.
  2. wet your palm with water. Take small portion from mixture and make balls and then lightly press it in between of your palm.
  3. deep wada 1 by 1 in heated oil on low flame first fry for 5 min and then fry it on high flame for 2 mins till your chana dal wada become crisp n golden.
