Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  4. 2 tsp oil
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. methi leaves 1/2 cup
  7. spinach 1/2 cup
  8. water as required

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a large mixing bowl,take wheat flour add salt,red chilly powder,methi leaves,spinach,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and oil.
  2. Add water as required and knead to soft ,smooth dough, rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Then make lachha paratha .
  4. Greased with ghee.
  5. Serve hot.
