Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter - 1 cup
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Oil - 2 tsps


  1. Heat a greased tawa, sprinkle some drops of water, if it sizzles , the tawa is hot enough for the Dosa. Break the eggs in a bowl, add the salt, pepper and cheese And keep this mixture ready before starting to make the Dosa.
  2. pour 1 ladle of batter and spread it slightly thick towards the edges. Let it cook for 1 min.
  3. Now pour the egg mixture on the Dosa and spread it. Cook until the base firms. Add oil around the edges.
  4. Flip and allow it to cook on the other side too till the egg is cooked. Flip back and cook until the egg dosa looks nice and crisp.
  5. Slide it out on a chopping board and cut triangles with the help of a pizza cutter or a knife and serve hot.
