Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji Rava 1 cup
  2. Water 1 and half cup
  3. Onion 1
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  5. Salt as required
  6. Curry leaves 1 string
  7. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat ghee and roast soojj rava till colour changes or 10-15 min
  2. In another pan heat oil add mustard seeds,Curry leaves,onion fry for 5 min.after add water,salt,boil for 5 min.now add sooji rava little by little by stirring in another hand.
  3. Cook for 5-10 min.serve it hot with chutney
