Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Radish : 1
  2. Radish leaves ( spinach )
  3. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  4. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  6. Grated ginger garlic : 1 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. oil
  9. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  10. Small onion : 5

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped small onion and saute for 1 min
  2. Add chopped radish and it's leaves, grated ginger garlic and saute for 2 min
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, 1/4 cup water and cook for 15 to 20 min over medium flame
  4. Serve with chappathi, roti, plain rice
