Ingredients to make Brinjal with fenugreek leaves

  • Brinjal 4
  • fenugreek leaves 2 cup chopped
  • salt to taste
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • garlic paste 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/4 spoon
  • asafoetida 1 pinch
  • oil 2 spoon

How to make Brinjal with fenugreek leaves

  1. Cut the brinjal in small pieces.
  2. Take a pan.add oil .add cumin seeds,Asafoetida.
  3. Then add garlic paste.add brinjle and fenugreek and tomato.leaves. Let be heat for 5 minutes
  4. Add all spices.
  5. Brinjal and fenugreek leaves sabji is ready .
