  • asafoetida - 2 pinch
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste.

  1. INGREDIENTS: KEEP EVERYTHING READY.
  2. HEAT OIL IN MUD POT ADD MUSTARD & FENUGREEK SEEDS AND DRIED RED CHILLI.
  3. WHEN IT POPS ADD CURRY LEAVES.
  4. THEN ADD CRUSHED GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI.
  5. SAUTE WELL,ADD RASAM POWDER & ASAFOETIDA
  6. MIX AND ADD SALTED TAMARIND WATER.
