Aaloo bhaaji(Keerai)

Ingredients to make Aaloo bhaaji(Keerai)

  • Bhaaji(keerai)
  • potato 200 grms
  • Moong daal 4 Tablespoon
  • onion 1 chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • ginger & Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • coconut paste 4 Tablespoon
  • green chillies 3 nos
  • coriander leaves
  • oil 3 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste

How to make Aaloo bhaaji(Keerai)

  1. Put oil in a cooker, after it heats add chopped onion and leave till it becomes soft.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, greenchilly and moong daal
  3. Add tomato, cook for 2 min add potato,bhaji and coriander leaves
  4. Close the cooker and wait for 3-4 whistle
  5. Open the cooker and cook till the water evaporate
  6. Now add coconut and mix well and cook for 2 min in low flame
  7. Serve the dish with roti or hot rice

My Tip:

You can also add mutton kheema instead of moong daal
