Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Keerai/ greens -2 cup (any variety)
  2. Coconut grated -1/2 cup
  3. Curd-1/2 cup
  4. Jeera -1 teaspoon
  5. Coconut oil-2 tablespoon
  6. Red chilli-3
  7. Mustard seeds -1 teaspoon


  1. In a kadai add a teaspoon of oil add two red chillies and fry them for a minute. Then grind into smooth paste along with grated coconut and jeera.
  2. Cook greens with little water and when cooked add salt and ground paste and boil until well blended
  3. Then switch off the flame and add curd and mix well
  4. In a kadai add coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds and one red chilli .Add it to the puliseri and serve.
