Moong daal

Ingredients to make Moong daal

  • Moong daal 1 cup
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • ginger chilly paste 1 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Moong daal

  1. Boil the moong daal in pressure cooker.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil .Add Asafoetida,cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
  3. Add ginger chilli paste, saute it..add boiled daal.
  4. Add all spices. Stiring it while all the masala dissolved in it.
  5. Serve hot.

Serve with rice.
