Ingredients to make Potato Sticks with a Twist

  • 1 cup jowar(sorghum) flour
  • 1 big boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tbsp white sesame
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • water to knead dough
  • oil for frying

How to make Potato Sticks with a Twist

  1. MIX 1 CUP FLOUR, SALT & ALL DRY MASALAS
  2. ADD 1 BOILED & MASHED POTATO, MIX
  3. ADD LITTLE WATER, KNEAD A DOUGH
  4. SMEAR 1 TSP OLIVE OIL ON TOP, SMOOTHEN IT
  5. ROLL IT OUT, CUT INTO FINGERS
  6. GET ALL THE STICKS READY
  7. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  8. DRAIN ON A TISSUE PAPER
