  • 1.5 cup fresh methi
  • 1 boiled sweet potato
  • 6 Bread slices { i have sidings}
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • ginger
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 2 tsp salt or adjust as per taste
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for frying

How to make Methi bada

  1. TAKE MIXI AND ADD GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI
  2. GINGER,JEERA,PEPPERCORN AND GRIND THEM
  3. MAKE PIECES OF BREAD SIDINGS AND MAKE CRUMB OF THEM
  4. ADD SALT AND HALDI
  5. AND METHI
  6. MASH SWEET POTATO
  7. AND MIX IT IN METHI MIX
  8. NOW ADD GRINDED PASTE
  9. AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  10. MIX THEM AND MAKE LIKE DOUGH
  11. ADD GARAM MASALA AND MIX
  12. TAKE SMALL PART AND MAKE A BALL
  13. GENTLY PRESS IT
  14. MAKE ALL BADA LIKE THAT
  15. NOW HEAT OIL AND ADD BADA IN OIL
  16. AND FRY THEM
  17. OUR BADA ARE READY
  18. FRY ALL BADA
  19. KEEP THEM IN TISSU PAPER
  20. SERVE WITH CHUTNEY AND SAUCE
