Methi Bajri na vada

Ingredients to make Methi Bajri na vada

  • To make paste
  • methi leaves 100 gms
  • ginger 1/2" piece
  • garlic cloves 4-5
  • green chillies 1-2
  • curd 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • To make dough
  • Green paste(above prepared)
  • asafoetida 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1tsp
  • Carom seeds 1tsp
  • sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • bajra flour 1/4 th cup
  • Dhokla flour 2tbsp
  • Achar masala 1tsp
  • oil for frying
  • water as required
  • Masala curd for serving

How to make Methi Bajri na vada

  1. To make paste
  2. In mixture take methi leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies,curd,lemon juice and make smooth paste.
  3. To make dough
  4. In a mixing bowl take green paste, asafoetida,salt,turmeric,carom seeds,sesame seeds, bajra flour,dhokla flour,achar masala and water if required.
  5. Mix it well and make smooth and soft dough.
  6. Make small size balls n give round shape by hands.
  7. Deep fry it. Serve with masala curd.
