Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 tbsp of bajri aata
  2. 2 tbsp besan
  3. 2 tbsp jowar aata
  4. 1tbsp whole wheat aata
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1/4 cup freshly chopped fenugreek leaves
  11. 2 tsp garlic paste
  12. 2 tsp curd
  13. 2 tsp oil
  14. 1tsp gur
  15. Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
  16. Oil for Deep frying


  1. Sieve the flours together and mix all the ingredients.
  2. Prepare a soft dough using water as required. Divide into 4-5 equal portions.
  3. Take a portion in between your palms and pat it into a big thick (approx 1cm) circle.
  4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top and pat lightly.
  5. Now deep fry the dhebra on a medium flame till golden. Serve hot.
