Bajri Na Dhebra (fried)

Ingredients to make Bajri Na Dhebra (fried)

  • 5 tbsp of bajri aata
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 2 tbsp jowar aata
  • 1tbsp whole wheat aata
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp curd
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1tsp gur
  • sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Bajri Na Dhebra (fried)

  1. Sieve the flours together and mix all the ingredients.
  2. Prepare a soft dough using water as required. Divide into 4-5 equal portions.
  3. Take a portion in between your palms and pat it into a big thick (approx 1cm) circle.
  4. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top and pat lightly.
  5. Now deep fry the dhebra on a medium flame till golden. Serve hot.
