Ingredients to make Bajri methi na thepla

  • 2 cup bajri/ millet flour
  • Hand full of methi leaves/ fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp red chilly and garlic chutney
  • salt to taste
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp jaggrey/ gud
  • 1/2 cup butter milk
  • water as per need
  • oil for fry
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp

How to make Bajri methi na thepla

  1. Take bajri in a bowl.
  2. Add red chilli and garlic chutney, salt , red chilly powder, turmeric powder, gud, sesame seeds, and hand full of methi leaves.
  3. Now add butter milk and water and knead tite dough .
  4. Make small 8 ball from the daugh.
  5. Take plastic paper and one ball and flattened with your hand .and make thin bajri thepla.
  6. Heat the tawa and roaste both side then with fry it with oil or butter.
  7. Yummy bajri methi thepla is ready.
