Ingredients to make Smoky Egg Plant Burger

  • For Patties,1 medium size brinjal
  • 2 medium size boiled and mashed potato
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh corriender
  • 2 tsp chooped mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp bread crumbs
  • 1/2 grated cheese
  • 5 to 6 garlic cloves for insert in brinjal
  • For Burger sauce,4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp green chiili and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh corriender leaves
  • salt per taste
  • 3 tbsp corn crumbs
  • oil for fry

How to make Smoky Egg Plant Burger

  1. Inserted the few garlic cloves in the egg plant and rub oil over and keep on fire to roast
  2. When done peel the cover
  3. And mashed
  4. Add boiled and mashed Potato
  5. Add fresh corriender and mint leaves
  6. Add salt
  7. Add red chilli powder
  8. Add Bread crumbs
  9. Add grated cheese
  10. And mix all
  11. For Burger Sauce, take mayonnaise in a bowl
  12. Add chopped carrot
  13. Add chopped tomato and onion
  14. Add salt
  15. Add green chiili and garlic paste
  16. Add tomato sauce
  17. Add fresh corriender leaves
  18. Now mix all
  19. Now take a batch of mixture spoonful burger Sauce and make patties of all
  20. Now coated with corn crumbs
  21. Now drop the in hot oil to fry when done keep aside it
  22. Cut the bun in half and spread the Burger Sauce and tomato sauce in side it
  23. Place fry tikki over it
  24. And assemble slice of onion,tomato cheese and spinach
  25. Place other cut part over it
  26. Now Centerdfilled burger sauce fry patties is ready to serve
