ABOUT spinach poori RECIPE

All puffed up fresh pooris with the healthy vegetable spinach will definitely pep up your breakfast time.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup spinach purée
  2. 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  5. salt, to taste
  6. oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, black pepper powder and carrom seeds.
  2. Add spinach purée and make a dough.
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Make small balls from the dough and roll out pooris.
  5. Fry them in hot oil till brown and serve hot.
