Ingredients to make Cabbage roll

  • 5,6 cabbage leaves
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 redcapsicum chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetcorns
  • 2tbsp pizza cheese
  • 1tbsp tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp Chat masala

How to make Cabbage roll

  1. Take a cabbage and separate the leaf gently.leave the hard part of cabbage.
  2. Brush the leaves with little oil on both sides
  3. Take a heavy based pan heat the leaves slowly on med. heat.
  4. Take another pan add oil,add onion saute it,now add carrot, capsicum, little fry it
  5. Now add sweet corns and mix it nicely.add all masala's Mix it.add tomato sauce.lastly add pizza cheese.
  6. Balanced taste asper according.
  7. Now take 1 leaf fill in side and roll it nicely. all the leafs fill it and cut it into 1to11/2''
  8. Decorate with red capsicum.

My Tip:

Don't over cook the leaf
