  1. brinjal 1
  2. tomato 1
  3. garlic cloves 4 to 5
  4. few coriander leaves
  5. salt
  6. green chilly 3 to 4

Instructions

  1. fry the brinjal in the stove or pan after cooked properly peel it and keep aside
  2. fry the tomato with half a spoon oil on the pan after cooking peel it and keep aside
  3. fry the green chillies
  4. take a Mixy jar add cooked brinjal cooked tomato garlic coriander leaves salt green chillies and grind coarsely.
  5. your chatni is done serve with the phukla bajra roti
