Ingredients to make pitthi wale pakore

  • 5 bread slices (cut in four pieces)
  • For batter
  • 1 .5 cup soked moong dal (yellow)
  • 4 fleks of garlic
  • Small piece of ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2t.sp red chilli powder
  • 1 t.sp. kasoori methi

  1. Combine all Ingredients of batter and grind and make a very fine paste with the help of little water
  2. Now heat the oil and dip bread pieces in batter. Put in oil .
  3. Fry on medium flame till they become golden Brown
  4. Now serve hot pitthi pakora with minty dip
