Ingredients to make Methi wali matthi

  • all purpose flour 300 gm
  • salt to taste
  • fenugreek leaves 1 tbspn
  • oil 1/2 litre for frying 1 bawl for dough
  • semolina 3 tbsp
  • caraway seeds 1 tspn
  • water 1 cup

How to make Methi wali matthi

  1. in a big bawl add flour semolina mix well
  2. add salt caraway seeds fenugreek leaves mix again
  3. make a well in middle pour oil
  4. mix well
  5. add water in batches
  6. make a firm dough
  7. cover it with wet cloth keep aside for 15 minuets
  8. make small balls .
  9. roll them
  10. prick them with fork or make cuts from knife
  11. deep fry
