Ingredients to make Hakka Noodles

  • 1 pckt haka noodles
  • tomato 2
  • onion 1
  • capsicum 1
  • cabbage 1/2cup
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • salt to taste.
  • Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  • turmeric 1/4tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2tbsp
  • schezwan sauce 1tbsp
  • tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  • oil 4 tbsp

How to make Hakka Noodles

  1. Boil noodles
  2. Chopp veggies in thin slices
  3. Heat a pan add oil add all veggies saute it for 2 minutes in medium flame
  4. Add spices&sauces and mix
  5. Cook it for 2 minutes in medium flame
  6. After noodles boil dip it into cold water for 1 min
  7. Extract water.
  8. After saute of veegies put noodles &stir it
  9. Cook 4 minutes in medium flame
  10. Serve with ketchup

My Tip:

When noodles is boiled add 1/2tbsp oil on it
