Ingredients to make Healthy Vegie Soup.

  • 2 fine chopp carrots.
  • 2 chopp tomato.
  • 5 cloves garlic.
  • 10 chopp beans.
  • 6 chopp mushroom.
  • 1/2cup small panir cubes
  • Salt n pepper.
  • 1 tbs cornflour.
  • 1/2tbs butter.
  • 2 glass water.

How to make Healthy Vegie Soup.

  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Add chopp garlic.
  3. Add all chopp vegies.
  4. Saute 2 minutes
  5. Add 11/2glass water.
  6. When boil simmer it.
  7. Put salt n pepper.
  8. Dissolve corn flour in 1/2glass water.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Add panir cubes.
  11. Check consistency.
  12. Drink hot.

My Tip:

U can garnish with green coriander.
